Setting up your email is easy regardless of whether you’re on a pc, mac, smartphone or other mobile device. Every email account uses the same basic parameters which simply need to be plugged into your email app in order to start sending and recieving email. They are as follows:

More Settings > Outgoing Server > Check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
More Settings > Advanced Tab > Change SMTP from 25 to 26
More Settings > Advanced Tab > Leave a copy on server for 7 days [ONLY if also setting up your email on an iPhone, iPad, or additional device]
DO NOT check SSL authentication

Additionally, you can check your email remotely from any computer or device connected to the internet by visiting your site’s webmail interface.
Simply login with your full email address and password.

Once you have successfully logged in you’ll see three different viewing options: Horde, RoundCube and SquirrelMail. All three display your email remotely but in slightly different viewing formats. Feel free to try them all out and see which you like best. TIP: Most users of Outlook prefer RoundCube. You’ll also see options for changing your password, setting up forwarders, autoresponders, etc. Just remember that if you update your password in Webmail you’ll also need to update in your email application and any computers or additional devices you have your email setup on.
